· We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms) who contractually agree to safeguard it.

4. Data retention
We keep donation records for the period required by the IRS (currently seven years) and analytics data no longer than 26 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal or audit purposes.

5. Your choices & rights
· Unsubscribe—every bulk email contains a one-click opt-out link.
· Access/Correct/Delete—email admin@happyhabitsfoundation.org to request.
· Do-Not-Track signals—our site does not change behavior upon detecting DNT at this time.
