By accessing happyhabitsfoundation.org you agree to be bound by these T&C and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

· HHF grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the site for informational and personal, non-commercial purposes.
· You agree not to interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit harmful code.

3. Donations & refunds
All online donations are processed via third-party providers (currently Wix Payments or PayPal). Donations are generally non-refundable; however, if you believe a transaction was made in error, contact admin@happyhabitsfoundation.org within 15 days.

4. Intellectual property
All content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by HHF or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright law. Limited excerpts may be used for non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires prior written consent.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience; HHF is not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and content are provided “as is.” HHF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
